Colour Poem: Untitled

By Tahlia

Written as part of We're Writing to Say

Liquid blue, refreshing water
Fluffy clouds high in the sky
Thick, paint pasted on my walls in my room
My feet stepping on green grass
The juice of a zucchini is disgusting!
It makes me want to spit it out
Trees that give us oxygen
Makes me think of tyre swings
Black lines on the top of an albatross’ eye
Murky water in a pond
Smells like a wet dog
The black fluffy sheep
Reminds me of my blue furry blanket
That I use every night.
