Mood Poem: Untitled

By Maryana, Stage 3

Written as part of We're Writing to Say

Loneliness is when your friend didn’t come to school
Meanness is when someone talks behind your back
Boredom is when your teacher picks the group to work with and you’re by yourself
Unhappiness is when your mother takes the phone or iPad from you.

And then I sleep over at my best friend’s house.

Happiness is when you go to Fun & Shakes
Sleepiness is when you have to listen about a government
Kindness is when someone you think is mean but they’re not
Calmness is when you’re sad but you listen to relaxing music.

And I will always be kind to people who are not.
