Someone you were in the past

I discovered my best friend 5 years ago, in a mundane classroom. From the second I began the conversation with him, I knew that there was something that couldn’t keep us apart. We’re soulmates, whether that be platonic or romantic. Fast forward to July 30th 2020, the moment was merely perfect. My best friend disclosed information to me. I’m eternally grateful. 

Something that you value in the present

I value the experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today. I didn’t always have the most fortunate things happen to me, but I indulged the fact that everything has a purpose. What belongs to me will simply find me.
