with Mount Pritchard Public East
Students will write a collaborative, fictional biography of the oldest living person in history. The students will explore key historical events in Australia and create a character who lived through these events. As part of this process students will be encouraged to include real events and the character's reaction (and perhaps involvement in) the events taking place around them. These workshops provide students with the opportunity to engage with historical events and use them as building blocks for a collaborative story. At the end of the series of workshops we'll join all the individual pieces of writing together to create a massive fictional biography of the oldest person in history.
This is a closed school workshop series.
