And with that... the inaugural Pen to Paper Challenge is done. Phew! The collective amount of words set down during September by over 110 participants – and corresponding dollars raised for the Sydney Story Factory – has been simply mind blowing.
There are two stories to tell about Jayden. One is that he is one of the bravest people we know. The other story is that he is a terrific young writer with a heart as big as his imagination.
Come join us on Saturday 17 September for our Writers' Survival Salon. It's a family-friendly event for those who enjoy the lonely pursuit of writing (or are desperate for a break from it). We'll have activities running all afternoon and promise it'll be loads of fun.
