Colour Poem: Red, Green, White

By Erica

Written as part of We're Writing to Say

Sweet strawberry jam, on toast in the morning
A red usable pen, that helps me write sentences
Strawberry; I eat it slowly, makes it very juicy
makes it taste better.

Grass in the front yard, feels nice when I roll everywhere
The crunchy noise of a big, smooth apple
The taste of it makes me eat more
Until it is all gone.

Fluffy, white soft sheep
White, fluffy clouds would be nice to sleep in
Paper so white,
it makes me want to draw a picture on it.
