I’ve read other Spiderwick Chronicles books and they blew my mind! I loved it! This book is about the Grace children who move into their new house and then their parents are trapped by a troll named Mulgarath. The children go through a series of events to try and save their parents.

The thing I really liked about this book was all the different events they go through. This is the 5th and final book of The Spiderwick Chronicles, so it would probably be the one with the most events.

As I was reading this book, I felt like I was in the book – it was so realistic! What made it realistic was that the descriptions were amazing! I like how they described the hobgoblin and all the other mystical creatures the children came across.

The question is, do the Grace children find their parents? Do they finally kill Mulgarath? Well, if you really want to find out, read it yourself!

If I had to rate this book out of 10, I would definitely give it a 10. This book is for children between the ages of 6 and 14.
