• Maximum capacity of 20 people. Enrolments will close at 5pm on Tuesday 14 July, or once we reach capacity—whichever happens first!

“Picture yourself sitting in a lab, wearing a big pair of headphones, listening for sounds of life out in the universe. What would you do if you heard something? What would it sound like? And what do you think was making that sound?!”

In this free, holiday writing workshop, participants will take inspiration from sounds and soundscapes and invent strange and wonderful alien species—which they will then write about in short poems.
