How do I write a will?

What is the correct wording to include a gift in my will?
Our pro bono legal Partner Gilbert + Tobin recommend that you use the following wording to leave a gift to Story Factory in your will:
“I give and bequeath to Story Factory Incorporated (ABN 71 645 321 582) of 176 Redfern Street, Redfern NSW 2016, for its general purposes, free of all taxes and duties:
- [……] % of my estate] or
- the whole of the residue of my estate or

I direct that the receipt of any director or other proper officer of Story Factory Incorporated will be a sufficient discharge to my executor(s) or trustee(s).”
